An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card that allows you to activate a cellular plan without needing a physical SIM. It’s built into compatible devices and can store multiple profiles.

STEP 1. Install your eSIM.
BC eSIM can be installed with one click via the BC eSIM APP, or by scanning the QR code.
STEP 2. Start your eSIM.
Your plan will start automatically once connected to the destination network (as detailed in Step 3).
STEP 3. Connect at destination.
- Go to Settings > Cellular and turn this line on.
- Make sure "Data Roaming" is toggled on and you are selecting the BC eSIM for "Cellular Data".
- The eSIM will automatically find and connect to the best local network for you.

eSIM is supported on most modern smartphones, tablets, and wearables (e.g., iPhone XS or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer). Check our [Compatible Devices] page for details.

No, top-up is not supported for this eSIM. If you need more data or days, please purchase a new eSIM and install and activate it again.
