How do I activate my Billion Connect eSIM upon arrival?

Once you land at your destination, simply complete these quick settings. Your eSIM will then automatically connect to the local partner network and activate your data plan:

1. Go to your phone's Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data / Mobile Networks).
2. Tap on your installed eSIM profile and toggle on "Turn On This Line" (or "Enable").
3. Set your "Cellular Data" / "Mobile Data" to use the eSIM line for internet access.
4. Select the eSIM line and turn ON "Data Roaming".
5. Check APN Settings: Normally, the APN will be set automatically. Access your eSIM's APN settings (such as "Cellular Data Network" on iOS or "Access Point Names / APN" on Android) to verify they are correct. If it is not set or incorrect, please update it according to the APN provided in your plan details.

Note: It may take 2 to 5 minutes to connect to the local partner network for the first time. If you experience any delay, please try restarting your phone or toggling Airplane Mode on and off.

Important Tip: To avoid unexpected roaming fees from your home carrier, ensure that "Data Roaming" for your primary/home SIM card remains turned OFF.
