Can I reinstall my Billion Connect eSIM if I accidentally deleted it?
It depends on your specific plan's policy. Most Billion Connect eSIMs support re-installation by default—unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product detail page that re-installation is strictly not supported.
Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check if the eSIM was actually deleted or just turned OFF
Before attempting to reinstall, verify whether the profile was completely removed from your device:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
- Android: Go to Settings > Connections (or Network & internet) > SIM manager.
If the eSIM line is still listed, it was not deleted—it was simply turned off. Switch it back ON and ensure Data Roaming is enabled.
2. If the eSIM profile was completely deleted
If the eSIM line no longer appears in your settings:
- If your plan supports re-installation: Please reinstall the eSIM following your original installation guide (either by rescanning the QR code or entering the manual installation details). If you want to transfer your eSIM to a new device, please refer to our guide "Can I transfer my Billion Connect eSIM to another device?". If you encounter any issues during setup, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
- If your plan strictly does NOT support re-installation: Plans that explicitly state on their product detail pages that re-installation is not supported will become permanently invalid once deleted. If you accidentally deleted one of these plans, please contact Billion Connect Customer Support immediately with your Order Number and ICCID so our team can assist you.
Important Reminder: To avoid unexpected service disruptions or data loss, please don't delete your eSIM profile during your trip.
